Wayfarer Design Process
Throughout the whole project, after sketching my concepts, I always made a few variations to digitize. When getting feedback, I asked questions to understand which concepts of elements and layouts which work best with users. With that feedback, I would carry moving forward and as well as refining my designs. Overall, the changes I made consists of making the most of the tools at hand including: auto layouts and Figma Mirror.
Auto layouts became my best friend, mainly helping me align and space elements (including grouping), and making sure the design could work responsively. This new skill was a bit difficult to understand at first, but with taking the extra time to practice using the tool was well worth it.
